our opinion three big mistakes that highly lower the value and the
success of the investment.
At aiming to develop communication, elearning, ecommerce,they
all consider a 100% usage of the Public Internet essential.
The connection among rural areas all over the country relies on the
usage of :
1) Traditional wired, costly telephone lines( fixed telephony)
2) Expensive GSM mobile lines ( mobile telephony)
3) Costly international bandwidth.(Internet)
